We value your feedback, questions, and concerns. We are here to assist you, and there are several ways you can reach out to us. Please choose the method that best suits your needs, and we'll do our best to respond promptly.

Email Support

Feel free to email us with your inquiry or issue, and we will get back to you as soon as possible. For our support email, please direct any issues you are having there. For the contact email, feel free to direct any general questions or feedback you may have!

Emailing us is one of the fastest ways to receive support if we are not currently on Discord, or if we are busy. Our network infrastructure has routes in place connected to other platforms that let us know whenever an email goes through.

Discord

  1. Go toin the relevant#create-ticket channelDiscord or user list in Discord.
  2. Type "@staff member's username" to ping the staff member.
  3. Write your message and press Enter.

Please remember to be respectful and considerate when using Discord to contact our team.

In-Game Messaging

If you need assistance while playing on our Minecraft server and there is a staff member on, you can send a message to one of our staff members directly in the game.game and they would be happy to help. Here's how:

  1. While in-game, type "/message <staff member's username> [your message]".
  2. Replace "[staff member's username]" with the staff member's in-game username.
  3. Enter your message and press Enter to send it.

Our staff members will hopefully receive your message and provide assistance or answer your questions while you're in the game. If not, you can always reach us on Discord!

We also offer email options, but it will take a little longer for us to get to them.

Private Conversation on the Forums

For a more community-oriented approach, youYou can also initiate a private conversation with one of our staff members on our forums.forums, although you should probably reach out to an active member as not all our staff will have accounts there, and some will patrol the forums less than others.   1. Log in to your account on our forums.
  2. Click on a staff member's account.

  3. Select "Start conversation" to begin your private discussion.
